You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

Elitewrite provides professional writing and editing services for resumes, cover letters, and related career documents. We do not guarantee employment or interview offers and are not responsible for any hiring outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and professional information.

  • Use our Services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, false, or violates the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, which forms the basis for the documents we create.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle

  • Because our services are customized and labor-based, all sales are final once the writing process has begun.

  • Refund requests made before work has started may be granted at our discretion.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the initial draft, we offer up to 1 revision as part of your package.

5. Turnaround Time and Revisions

  • Standard turnaround for first drafts is 3–5 business days.

  • Revision turnaround time is typically 1–2 business days

  • You must request revisions within 2 days of receiving your draft. After that period, your project may be considered closed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The content we create for you (resumes, cover letters, etc.) becomes your property once final payment is made.

  • All content on our website (e.g., blog posts, templates, designs) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any employment decisions or hiring outcomes

  • Errors based on inaccurate or incomplete user-provided information

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Privacy
